What we collect
We collect only what an order requires:
- Name and contact details (email; phone only if you provide one)
- Delivery or pickup details
- Configuration choices (Desk, Play, or custom quote)
- Order and payment status (not full card numbers — see below)
- Messages you send us about the order
- Notify-list emails (Play coming soon) and quote-request form fields you submit
Payment data
Payment is processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. We may retain the last four digits, payment confirmation IDs, and amount for accounting and dispute resolution.
How we use information
- To fulfill and support your order
- To notify you when a waitlisted product opens for sale (if you asked)
- To reply to quote requests
- To communicate about build status, shipping, and warranty
- To meet tax and record-keeping obligations
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on this site as of the effective date above.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for warranty support, tax, and legal record-keeping. You may email us to ask what we hold or to request deletion of anything not required for tax or legal retention.
Email and hosting
Business email is hosted with our mail provider. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Those providers process data only as needed to provide their service under their own terms.
